How many dot Batteries do I need?

Want to know how many dot Batteries you need to suit the way your ride? The good news is that you don't actually need to have that answer right away.

The modular design of dot Boards means that you’re not committed to running a specific configuration forever. Whether it’s the Compact, Cruiser or Transporter, you can add or subtract batteries – adding range or cutting weight as you see fit.

Each Gen II dot Battery will store enough charge for up to 14km of riding, and each additional battery will add the same amount again. If you’re unsure about how many batteries you need, we recommend that you start out with one or two batteries and add additional components from there.
